We are currently recruiting for
the following paid positions.
Clinical Supervisor
Position for Family and Children's Services
This is a one
quarter time position which carries responsibility for
supervising and developing services to children and families
experiencing trauma and loss from forced separation,
incarceration or other emotionally charged life situations.
it also includes some responsibilities for direct services to
this population. This person is responsible to the
Executive Director. Specific duties include:

Clinical
supervision of 3 to 4 interns, trainees and or volunteers
assigned to ACT's counseling program.

Quality
assurance activities
-
Program
development including innovation and design of special
projects designed to meet the needs of the target
population.

Direct
service: this position requires at least 3 hours of direct
service each week.

Administrative: this position is part of the
administrative team with input into agency budget planning
and agency representation. it is expected that this
person will take a leadership role in staff meetings and in
professional staff development activities.
Contractual Salary: Flexible depending upon qualifications
and experience.
Hours are
flexible depending upon agency/client needs and mutual
availability.
