We are currently recruiting for the following paid positions.

Clinical Case Flow Manager - Part Time

Location: San Jose, CA

Requires 15 to 20 contractual hours per week with 5 hours allocated for direct one-to-one or group work with clients; requires 10 hours for managing and overseeing intake, referrals and assignment of all therapy cases; requires approximately 2 hours each of 4 days a week devoted to management of said case flow plus quality assurance review of all ongoing cases as time allows. Supervision of interns or licensed candidates is important.

This is a pivotal position for ACT because it carries responsibility for interfacing with referring and contracting agencies as well as inter-agency relations and outreach.

In-depth clinical knowledge is important in this role because ACT's caseload is not only diverse, but represents a broad spectrum of diagnoses in a population of people who are poverty level or below and who are referred by courts or other public agencies.

Resourcefulness, creativity, and teamwork are essential personal qualities for this leadership position. Organizational ability and experience plus respect for time lines are also important assets. This is a great, flexible job for someone who also has a private practice.

Hours are flexible; supervisory and administrative experience preferred. Hiring closure: June 20, 2009.
