Classes & Support Groups

<p>At various times during the year we offer classes in topics such as Anger Management, A Mindfulness Training, Effective Parenting, and Parenting after divorce.</p>


ACT support groups and classes are offered for people who will benefit from sharing thoughts and feelings in a supportive group.





Current and Upcoming Classes

  • Anger Management Class - Thursdays 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

  • Parenting Class - Mondays 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

  • Co-Parenting Class - Mondays 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

  • Stress and Anxiety Support Group - Wednesdays 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM

  • Spanish speaking support group :Tuesday :5 PM to 6 PM for Women  and
    Saturday: 11 PM to 12 PM for Men

These classes provide tools to help clients deal with the challenges of changing their lives.

Please note that ACT is only open on Mondays and Fridays by appointment only.

Those who will benefit from ACT programs include:

  • Depressed individuals
  • People having trouble managing their anger
  • Clients ordered to seek therapy by the courts
  • People dual-diagnosed with both mental problems and substance abuse
